weird rlm_radutmp errors .. radiusd process sleeping

Hi All,
getting the following errors in the radius log:

Radius server is flooded with the above message and after some time radiusd
process sleeping. mysql db not logging records at all. What's the remedial
action? Is there any problem in NAS?
