True, I see that all the time, it must have some significance that I don't
know. Cuz, dynamic port assignment, are shown in most cases with numbers,
however some time it shows *:*. Why?

No, it doesn't. It shows that the *outgoing* IP and port are "*:*".
This is normal for many UDP sockets.
