please read what i said.  your compilation steps arent involved here -
you MUST check the contents and permissions of the FreeRADIUS 
configuration directory - you MUST have had a look at those configs
and permissions - i mean, basic security 101 would state you need to 
ensure that not just anyone on the system can read/write those files! :-|

check /usr/local/etc/raddb
