eap tls issues

  That's likely an OpenSSL issue.  FreeRADIUS asks OpenSSL to load the
certificate, and if OpenSSL doesn't return... FreeRADIUS is blocked.

  Still, it's odd.  I suspect that the certificates are large, badly
formed, or....

  Try it with the default certificates that are built with the server.
