How to stop radiusd

Hy,
Try something like:
# locate -u /
# locate raddb

This will return the freeradius configuration folder. I believe it
will be something like /usr/local/etc/raddb. If that's the case, the
binaries will be at /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/sbin.
