EAP advanced auth. methods problem

Authentication works fine - you are getting an initial Access-Accept. But
then:

[ttls] Skipping Phase2 due to session resumption
[ttls] FAIL: Forcibly stopping session resumption as it is not allowed.

Read cache section of eap.conf.
