Start delayed due to MySQL server failure

Hi All,

I have freeradius 2.1.1. It is configured to do accounting to MySQL
server. At the time of starting the radius server if the MySQL server is
not reachable the freeradius server waits for about 3 minutes before
starting in the debug mode. This is too much time. Is there a way to
overcome this delay?
