Assign VLAN

I change the options copy_request_to_tunnel and use_tunneled_reply to yes in eap.conf (peap section) and it work.

copy the PEAP tunnel attributes to the outer - if you read eap.conf
that is provided with default config you will see the option to set
that to 'yes'
