  See the documentation for the dynamic linker (ld) on your system.

  Use the right configure options to point the FreeRADIUS build to the
directory where you installed OpenSSL 1.0.0.  See "configure --help",
and "CFLAGS" and "LDFLAGS" in the Makefiles.
