Fixed! I had:

        key = %{Calling-Station-Id}

instead of:

        username = %{Calling-Station-Id}

in:

/etc/freeradius/modules/radutmp

thats with

        username = %{Calling-Station-Id}


in modules/radutmp


are you editing the RIGHT directory and file?
