You should really ask freebsd maintainters for that. It's unlikely
that anyone on this list will be able to help you.

I wouldn't recommend you use FR-1.x though. Following the link from
http://wiki.freeradius.org/Packages:

There's a link there for up-to-date 2.1.12.
