freeradius2 installation error

but i want to build from /usr/ports, beacause such freeradisu propose mysql module. freeradius-2.1.2 form source doesn't include mysql module.

Did you folllow http://wiki.freeradius.org/Build#Building+from+Source ?
If you did, it should work, and it shouldn't generate those messages.
