port 1813

Hi,

we have FreeRADIUS Version 2.1.12 on freebsd,

in proxy.conf we have settings ;

home_server localhost {

 type = auth+acct
 port = 1812
...

}

but when i looked up with netstat- n freeradius doen't listen port 1813 .

what is the problem ?
