You either wrote the wrong Ubuntu version, or messed up the repository
somehow. See http://packages.ubuntu.com/freeradius

That can't be right. Did you edit the users file somehow? The debug
clearly says line 93. What's on that line?

Also, what's with lots of "Auth-Type"? In normal circumstances you
should not need to set it manually, unless it's for Accept or Reject.
