Remove authenticated user from Radius

CoA - ot client disconnection - if your 3Com kit doesnt provide such a feature
then theres not really anything that the RADIUS server by itself can do... 

a home-brew script which find where the user is connected, then connects to the
AP via mgmt and kicks the user off (disconnect or disassociate) would be a possible
way forward
