radiusd starts but rejects test user

thanks Alan/RM it is working now after adding    testing Cleartext-Password
:= "password"
but now i trying to test the same using NTRadPing Test utility which is
installing in my windows

and this time i m getting timeout in NTRadPing with
the following message erupting on radiusd server

Ignoring request to authentication address * port 1812 from unknown client
192.168.188.1 port 62596
Ready to process requests.

Ready to process requests.

i m using same user/pass as used in radtest.

It would be great if u help me in fixing this as well
