eapol_test for EAP testing

Hi,

replying to this on -users. This is not a development question.

Reading this in your debug output would have helped. You did not
configure FreeRADIUS for EAP-TTLS - but that's the only thing eapol_test
was told to use.

FR's default_eap_type is also EAP-MD5, which is not what you want.
