Experiencing a proplem with pap authentication using Freeradius 2.2.2

What's on line 22 of the users file? Does it set
Cleartext-Password (remember it has to be on that line)?

No Cleartext-Password was set, so pap can't authenticate.

You need to find out why the password isn't being set. Did you
copy the users file over from the old server?
