Duplicate release of IP ?

I am looking .. I don't get it .. I wish there were an easy way to track 
the IP ..

Dang. http://linux.die.net/man/8/pppd-radius Doesn't tell anything about 
it :\

Here's a link to a rather long post ( manually copy/pasted everything I
