Thanks Arran,
  Checked and it was using an old version of the radutmp config file for
some reason, guess I just copied and pasted. Looks like what I put in
was part of the comments field from that old version.

You've used the wrong syntax... should be:

%{%{Stripped-User-Name}:-%{User-Name}}

Probably needs an &control:Ldap-SpecificUTVid or the attribute hasn't
been defined.
