realm and @ in username

  I think you don't understand realms.  The realm *is* the piece after
the @.  See RFC 4282.

  Perhaps you could try using different words.  You've already
re-defined "realm".  So I have no idea what you mean.

  Instead, explain what you have, and what you want.  Don't use the word
"realm".
