Freeradius DHCP problem with some vendors.

Hi Phil.

The IP is statically allocated in the DB,Other two are on the same host
conf are OK, just the Host TP-Link suffers from this problem, even
alocandoo through the main-pool IP persite the problem. The Freeradius ACK
of the IP but the host does not understand.
DHCP-Your-IP-Address = 179.127.59.2
