You're asking what setting to change on FreeRADIUS.

I have already said that FreeRADIUS works with standards-compliant systems. Multiple times, IIRC.
Asking the same question repeatedly is not helpful.

<shrug> If the setup works with the Cisco AP and not the HP one, then the HP equipment is at fault. Go ask HP how to make their equipment work with standards-compliant RADIUS servers.
