Issue with DHCP with Wireless card

If you could try with ipaddr = 0.0.0.0, just in case (which will
match my working config, apart from the wireless card), and with
v3.0.x HEAD as well, that would be useful.

If I get a chance I'll see if I can test it on a wifi-enabled Pi.
