RADIUS accounting request not sent: no response

A few days back here I started getting these messages on mikrotiks:
" RADIUS accounting request not sent: no response "

Any help?

My environment:

NAS: RB1100 e RB1100AHx2
NAS: APs Ubiquiti (WPAe EAP PEAP)

Server:
ubuntu 64 12:04
freeradius 2.1.10+dfsg-3ubuntu0.12.04.2
freeradius-postgresql

Messages on freeradius:

00:35:05 hotspot,warning,debug 00:27:22:52:48:5B (1x7.19.xxx.xxx): RADIUS
accounting request not sent: no response
00:35:06 hotspot,warning,debug 00:15:6D:F8:D6:2B (1x7.19.xxx.xx): RADIUS
accounting request not sent: no response
