How to get a reply on this list?

Hi,
I don't know what other info to provide but somewhat surprised that I didn't get any response.
I think this is the active list for freeradius and I also subscribed to it. I see my post in the list archives but not sure if it went to all the members (it should have) Could someone please let me know if I need to provide any thing else? or any other suggestion...
