Conditional statements in dialup.conf?

Should the second update reply block not be this:

update request {
	Acct-Input-Octets = "%{Tmp-Integer-1}"
	Acct-Output-Octets = "%{Tmp-Integer-0}"
}

Else we are setting the same values and not switching them?
