FreeRadius 3.0.3 instantly segfaults (SLES11SP3)

if the freeradius version SUSE provides in SLES11 is buggy, report and
they patch and release a new package (patch) for SLES.
Two years ago, they helped me within 2 days with a new package for
test after reporting and they released the package for all with the
next patches.
