Weird message from RADIUS running at debug level

ntlm_auth is being called with bad arguments, so is printing out
its help page.

What does the debug output show just before this?

My guess is the User-Name is blank for some reason. Maybe you're
calling ntlm_auth for EAP-TLS by mistake? Without seeing the debug
output however, all we can do is guess.
