  That's been fixed.

  3.0.8.  Or 3.0.9, which should be out soon.

  If you want to change the "reject on ..." policy, edit raddb/sites-available/default, and delete "filter_username".  or, edit raddb/policy.d/filter, and change the "filter_username" policy.
