  You can’t just invent strings and put them into the database.  Read raddb/dictionary.

  And any attribute you create will NOT be understood by the NAS.  The ONLY attributes a NAS understands are listed in the NAS documentation.  So… go read the NAS documentation to see what attributes you should be using.
