er, really?

If that's the top of that file, it's totally broken. You shouldn't
have ntlm_auth or a closing } there.

Look at the default inner-tunnel config file, and compare to what
you've got. Then fix your version.

Or, better, replace with the default contents of that file and
edit if required.

As Alan said, the default configuration does work. To get basic
wireless auth working it's unlikely you need to touch
inner-tunnel at all.
