Newbie question... using different authentication sources?

  He's already been banned from the list.

  His behaviour followed a standard pattern of people who've been banned:

Him: You people need to help me because your software sucks and you're all stupid

Me: Behave and we will help you.  Complain, and you'll be gone.

Him: more whining and complaining.


  This list is for people who want to solve problems.  He didn't want to solve a problem.  So, he has no business being here.  He's welcome to pay for a commercial server.  Their help desk will *have* to be nice to him.  But he probably still won't get the problem solved, because it's just not a priority for him.
