Your earlier mail shows /opt/csw. Have you checked
https://www.opencsw.org/get-it/packages/ ?
I haven't used solaris for some time, but I'm pretty sure you also need a
".so" file (which is usually provided by -dev/devel packages) when linking
against a library. Your earlier ls output does not have that.
