Assigning Group for User Authentication

Hi folks,

Currently, I use NTLM for RADIUS authentication using individual accounts in users file. 

Is it possible to assign a Windows Group for authentication in users file? So that all users in that group will get authenticated. Alternatively, Is it possible to use any Grouping in users file?
