problem compiling eapol_test under OpenSuse 13.2

Hello

I wanted to compile the eapol_test binary to test my eap setup (Eduroam 
service, EAP-PEAP/MSCHAPv2 and EAP-TTLS/MSCHAPv2).

The manual is here:

I downloaded the 2.5 source, additionally the OpenSuse Pattern 
"devel_basis" and the package "libopenss-devel"


However when i do a "make eapol_test" i get:

/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.8/../../../../x86_64-suse-linux/bin/ld: 
cannot find -lnl
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:1677: recipe for target 'eapol_test' failed
make: *** [eapol_test] Error 1


Does sombody have a clue?
