Poptop just wraps pppd. So really, this is a pppd (specifically 
pppd-radius) issue. It's nothing to do with poptop itself.

IIRC pppd-radius doesn't support radius assignment of DNS servers. You 
have to hardcode it in the ppp "options" file.
