Change the realm when proxying

Hi all,
is there any way to change the realm before proxying it to another radius?
Something like this:

realm TOCHANGE.TLD {
   pool = backend_pool
   nostrip
}

username at tochange.tld should be changed in username at myrealm.local and
proxyed to backend_pool
