Error building Freeradius 3.0.11 in OpenSuse 13.1

I'm not familiar with how OpenSUSE builds RPMs, but I can take a guess as it's similar to RedHat - in the source tarball there should be a few extra files in the SuSE directory - make sure they're in the same directory (/usr/src/packages/SOURCES/ ?) that you place the source tarball.

If you've done this, then for some reason the build process isn't picking up the files as it should - fortunately there are a few people that post to the list that should be able to help if that's the case.
