Freeradius DHCP rest module

Hello,

i am currently trying to replace isc-dhcp with freeradius dhcp server on 
PacketFence.

The dhcp work well, i am able to give ip address on layer 2 and layer 3 
network.

Now i want to add hooks in DHCP-Discover and  DHCP-Request with rlm_rest 
but i am not sure if this module can do that since there only theses scopes:

authorize
authenticate
accounting
post-auth

Is there a workaround or does this is not yet implemented ?
