libmemcached and FR 3.0.12 on CentOS 6.x

Hi,

I've just tried to build FR 3.0.12 on CentOS 6.x. The rlm_cache_memcached
module doesn't build because libmemcached is not available, yet... it is.
Arran, Alan, what are you looking for to build with libmemcached
(version-wise)? I have both libmemcached and libmemcached-devel packages
installed, ditto memcached and memcached-devel.

In /usr/lib64, I have several libmemcached.* files, make's found the
includes, so... What are we missing?
