Logging the debug output

Hi, when i need to debug in files i use the linux terminal flow(if i
translated wrong, please sorry):
radiusd -X >> file
if you wanna close the terminal:
radiusd -X >> file &

But the debug mode generate a lot of info, always look the file size to
avoid a full disk
