Accounting doubt

Hello everyone,
I've noted a few accounting records that AcctStartTime is newer than
AcctStopTime.

Example:
StartTime = 2016-08-25 23:30:05
StopTime = 2016-08-25 23:29:03

I was wondering what could cause that?
