AnyEvent::Hiredis module crashes when redis connection failed

Hi Alan,

i have used version 3 of Radius and crashing problem solved but there is
one problem that Hiredis module does not reply with error on connectivity
issue with redis so that i can properly catch the error and show it in
logs.
