linelog module crashing freeradius server

A fix went into linelog a couple of weeks ago, so you should try
3.0.12 if you aren't already.

If it crashes then presumably there's a segfault or similar, so
please see https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/blob/v3.1.x/doc/bugs
to get something useful.

Though it it's older than version 3.0.12 then it's fairly unlikely
that anyone is interested. Version 2 is EOL.
