Fresh installed Windows 10 Pro machine refuses to connect.

I am running version 3.0.15. I had removed the entry to keep things 
simple and run the server with minimal functionality. I see I was 
mistaken. As I understand it, Microsofts insists that we use MSCHAP. 
Everything is working now. Thank you very much.
