Wrong Called-station-id in Mysql

Hi Guys,

Need your help please.
i see the right called-station-id  in freeradius Logs. but in Mysql table the wrong one,
almost all the time (90%) see the same Mac address ( 28-6f-7f-ef-f3-33 ) as called station id in mysql ! but see right one in freeradius logs ! 
what can be the problem ?
