FR3.x - EAP proxy - EAP-TLS to MS NPS trouble

Solved:

Using load-balance method in pool settings is not appropriate for EAP proxy. The result may be an error code 3 and discarding on home NPS servers.
I'm using the fail-over type in the production environment. I completely neglected the change in the test environment.

Compatible could be a client-port-balance type EAP proxy pool.
