slow response for Accounting (delay 1s) module rest

Thanks! but backend rest answerd only code 200 and doing nothing (for
auth/acct). If i run freeradius with "-X" , i not see any duplicate message
and all delay 0.9 sec .

in ab test backed rest is fast ...
