Set parent queue for Mikrotik

Hello

I want to set parent queue for MikroTik PPPoE users, can anyone suggest me
a way to do the same. I believe it is not possible via Mikrotik-Rate-Limit
attribute. Can we customize an attribute (I understand that will require
the manufacturer to do changes at their end also, but how can we do this)
